Suggested Amazonite Mala Meditation: Drape your mala over your ring finger. Beginning at the tassel, touch the first bead with your thumb and say to yourself "I am balanced and calm." Use your thumb to pull the next bead toward you and repeat your mantra as you touch that bead. Repeat this mantra as you move through each bead on the strand, until you return to the tassel.
